operation of an ammonia production plant located in Topolobampo, Sinaloa, which will supply ammonia to the region by road tankers and to the international market by ship tankers. The project comprises the following components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ammonia Production Plant<\/strong>:<br>This includes the following elements:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Water intake and discharge system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ammonia production plant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gas pipeline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ammonia pipeline to the loading facilities and to the PEMEX jetty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural gas metering station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Loading Facilities<\/strong>: <br>Installation for the distribution of ammonia by road tanker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Training Centre<\/strong>: <br>Facility for training personnel working on the construction project and those who will operate the plant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access Road<\/strong>:<br>Infrastructure providing access to the site where the Ammonia Plant, Loading Facilities and Training Centre are located.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, there are associated facilities, under separate ownership and responsibility, that<br>provide services to the project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PEMEX Jetty<\/strong>: Facility owned and operated by PEMEX, providing ammonia supply services to ship tankers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cEl Oro\u2013Mazatl\u00e1n\u201d Gas Pipeline<\/strong>: Facility owned and operated by CFE, supplying natural gas to the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project Modifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the life of the project, modifications have been made in order to enhance safety and reduce impacts.
