“No Retaliation” Statement

Proman GPO is committed to promoting an ethical, transparent and honest culture. That’s why we encourage people – our own people, our value and supply chain and our stakeholders – to discuss, without fear of retaliation, their concerns regarding our activities and the nature of our operations.

We recognize the right of individuals to express their opinion, and we value diversity of points of view, which is why we maintain open spaces and permanent dialogues with employees, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, indigenous peoples and their representatives, local communities, international lenders and civil society organizations, including those that criticize aspects that could be linked to our operations.

Therefore, at Proman GPO we do not approve of any form of retaliation, threat, intimidation or punitive action against anyone who expresses themself in a peaceful manner. If someone believes that they are or have been subject to retaliation in relation to their opinions about our project, we make our channels available to them, so that we can know about these facts anonymously and confidentially with the commitment to protect their safety and well-being.

We are committed to addressing all complaints of retaliation as well as any concerns our community has about our Project and expect our business partners to condemn and act in the same way.

We will seek the most appropriate solutions for each situation, and, through our media, we will publicly and pertinently report on the actions taken. Finally, we will create synergies of collaboration and cooperation with our value chain, government, and other external actors to strengthen attention to any related concerns.
